He held that the onus wvas on the debtor to satisfy a magistrate that- lie had not sufficient money to pay, and in this case it wa,s clear the magistrate was not satisfied. |t was, therefore, within his jurisdiction, and he dismissed the application to 'prohibit the magistrate enforcing imprisonment.
