(Received Sept. 30, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 29. The Daily Express Paris correspondent ..says that Abbe Moveux, a noted astronomer of Bourges Observatory, submits the lollowmg theory of how solar activity and sun spots affect the temperament of nations. He declares that since 1860 all periods- of world peace have been coincident with periods of solar calm. When at Brussels in 1910 he foretold a, world war in 1914. l;|ln view of the fact that the solar effrve begins to rise in 1925, reaching Hip peak in 1928, he warns Governments of another great war; or at any rate a crisis in the world’ history would most probably occur in 1927.
