WEMBLEY
IS IT WORTH WHILE? SIR- JAMES ALLEN’S VIEWS. <iY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT Received Sept. 29, 11.55 a.m LONDON, Sept. 28. A special Times Wembley Exhibition supplement includes messages from the High Commissioners dealing with the result of the exhibition. Sir James Allen considered that the heavy expenditure was justified, as the exhibition had proved the most valuable educational factor which could possibly have been devised. It would be a tremendous advertisement for New Zealand and a great stimulus to Empire trade and sentiment. He believed the visits by school children, which had been widely organised, will eventually bear rich fruit.
Sir Joseph Cook and Lord Stevenson express similar views.-—Times
