WELLINGTON, Sept. 27. A manifesto lias been issued by the Workers’ Union advising shearers not to accept work .under the existing award of 25s per 100. A demand is being made on sheep owners for 30s on the ground that the price of wool has risen ami shearers are entitled ‘to an increase.
