IRISH BOUNDARY.
REPORTED SECRET AGREEMENT. BY CABLE—FBESB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received Sept. 26, 11.50 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 25. It is stated in quarters closely associated with the Government of Ulster that Sir James Craig and Mr Cosgrave have secretly readied an . agreement on the boundary problem, but are not disclosing the terms before 'the-Irish Bill passes the Imperial Parliament. Mr Cosgrave will then appeal to his electorate for the endorsement of the pact. -—Sydney Sun Cable.
