DANGER FROM POISON

IBY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Sept, 25. With, a view to having the Prisons Act amended to prevent 'tradespeople and others from using aerated water bottles and jars as containers for poisonous liquids a deputation from the Dominion Carbonated Waters Association waited on the Minister for Health to-day. Instances were given where persons were fatally poisoned through bottles being used as containers for poison. Dr. Pomare said the suggestions appealed to him, and he promised to give favourable consideration to the points raised.
