D’Oisy, who is a keen Rugbyite, desires to study Australian form in view of the French team’s impending visit.—Aus.-N.Z.. Cable Assn. [A. message from Paris on August 24 stated : Seeiies of wild enthusiasm marked the arrival of Major D’Oisy, the French aviator, who . flew from France .to Japan, and his mechanic Bezin. They only stayed a few hours en route to their home in the country, but they will receive a civic welcome in October. D’Oisy and Bezin leave France on October 25 to lead a motor caterpillar expedition across the Libyan desert from Tunis to Lake Chad and back: They also are planning later a long flight oyer ! Africa*.]
