LONDON, Sept. 23. The Brussels correspondent of the Times says the negotiations for a trade agreement between Belgium and Germany have virtually broken down. The Belgian delegates are unable to agree to the German claim for the application of the most favoured nation clause without consulting the Government. Negotiations may be resumed later.
