FOUND DEAD.
SUICIDE BY SOLICITOR. OABIiE-riilißS association-copyright LONDON, Sept. 21. W alter Mourilyan, a solicitor, of Richmond, Surrey, was found dead in his flat at Putney with his head inside the oven of a gas cooker. A clerk arrived at the flats and told the attendant that Mourilyan had not appeared at the office and had not replied to the telephone. Mrs Mourilyan was absent visiting. She lias since made a statement to the police. It is understood she was married recently to Mourilyan, who was about fifty years of age. He was thrice in the Divorce Court, the last time in 1922, when his second wife's suit was successful. His cross-petition, alleging the misconduct of his wife w ith a young Egyptian prince, Said Fazil, vas dismissed.
