RY CABLE -PRESS ASSOCIATION—COP¥RIGH'i PEKIN, Sept. 15 Tientsin reports that Wu Pei Fu’s troops continue moving from Pao Ting Fu towards Shan Hai Kean, fully equipped with artillery and aeroplanes, while a Tientsin firm lias- received instructions to manufacture gas masks. It is reported on reliable authority that the railway has been cut on the Manchurian side, of the Great Wall to prevent an invasion by Ohihliites. It is believed . that hostilities may commence any moment. Mukden declares that the reports of firing in Shan Hai Kaan are untrue.—Reuter.
