In connection with the Annandale accident, it is asserted one of the passengers of the car -was thrown out bv the force of the impact. It is believed that the driver picked up this man and drove away. Lindlev later called at the Petersham police station and reported that a passenger in the car he was driving had met with an accident, ;nm sairl he had taken him to 'Lewisham Hospital.. The car was later examined and found to be damaged, about the front. Liiidley was ques-’ tioned by the police and was then arrested.- Aus.-N.Z. Gable Assn.
