SPANIARDS LOSING GROUND,

The Paris correspondent of the Daily Express states that those ivell informed regarding the Moroccan situation fear that the, Spaniards will be, driven into the sea.' They believe the fall of Tetuan is imminent. It is understood ❖ that General de Rivera has decided to abandon all the mountainous portions of Spanish Morocco.
