FARMERS.’ CO-OP. ORGANISATION SOCIETY MARKET DAILY REPORT On Tuesday, the 9th inst., we held our usual fortnightly Stratford, sale, and report a fair yarding. Quotations: Fat cows £6 6s, £6 Is, fresh cows £5 Is, £4 Ts, stores and boners at late rates. Yearling heifers sold well, best price being £3 os, others £1 14s, £2 13s, according to quality. Dairy pens; A large entry. Medium heifers from £5 10s, £6 10s, others £2 10s. £4 10s, dairy cows to £7 ss. At Stony River on Tuesday we had a. moderate yarding, the whole of which was cleared at the hammer. We piote mixed yearling heifers 19s, 275, cow ; s to £2 os, dairy heifers to £0 os, calved do to £5 10s.
