BUSINESS PROBLEMS
3Y CABLE—PEEBS ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT NEW YORK, Sept. 6. A telegram from Syosset says the Prince of Wales intends to leave for his ranch in Calgary on September 14. He will not leave‘the train till it reaches there.
He expects to leave the ranch on the first leg of his homeward journey on October 12. He will spend a couple of days with the Governor-General (Lord Byng) at Ottawa, and be will also leave the train for a day or so to greet Dominion citizens in the large eastern .Canadian cities, including Toronto, Montreal and Quebec. Business will be the concern of; tljV Prince of Wales when he reaches the Alberta ranch, according to Sir Walter Peacock, financial secretary to the Prince for Cornwall, who arriyed, by. the Mauretania. ; When the Prince joins Sir Walter in Canada the business problems of the ranch operations will be discussed. Sir Walter'was amused when shown a cable maintaining that the Prince’s investments were so prosperous -that they would make him Europe’s wealthiest King. When asked if the Prince was wealthy, he replied': “Oh, not so wealthy, I should say.”
