YOUNG WOMEN MOLESTED,
(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION ) GISBORNE, Sept. 4. A .young married man named James Rogers was lined £5 at the court today on each of two charges of molesting young ladies by placing his arm round their neck and grabbing, their wrists. The magistrate said drunkenness was no excuse. ;
