BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, Sept. 4. The Daily Telegraph publishes a letter from Harry Pollitt (industrial secretary of the Communist Party of Great Britain), stating: “We are working to transform trade unions . from \purely pacific organisations into mass organiastions for revolutionary activity.” The letter adds that the party will be able to gradually weed out the reactionary leaders of Labour and then be in a position to finally challenge the forces of capitalism.
