Mouat, solicitor for Henry Joseph Peters Keogh, at present under-, remand charged with the murder, of- his 16-months-old baby boy; “Adjourned inquest into death of .Desmond Keogh, 16-months-old baby boy—please instruct coroner to act with jury and to subpoena as witness Dr. Beattie (superintendent of the Auckland Mental Hospital), who examined deceased’s 'father on the morning after the tragic event. Father charged with murder. The coroner has refused to subpoena Dr. Beattie.”
