SUVA, Sept. 4. The Laburnum is leaving Nukualofa this morning for the Mesna, which ran ashore at midnight on the Hakuafisi reef, south-west of Tokulu Island, in the Hapai group. There are hopes that the Laburnum will be able to assist. The cargo comprises 3000 tons of zinc ore from China, 980 tons of copra, 110 tons of general cargo from Fiji, and about 600 tons from Nukualofa.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
