NEW PREMISES,
What may be regarded as one of the most up-to-date tea rooms and restaurants in the province will be opened “i Ha we r a to-morrow by Mr and Mrs '' • Hoddle, who have secured new. premises above Blair and Sellar’s shop. A. good deal of money has been spent in alterations and the purchase of new appointments, and it is expected that increased patronage will be the result of the owners’ efforts to provide only the best for their customers. • 6 dining-room, which is artistically decorated and furnished in ai colour scheme of blue, is large, welllignted, and airy, and provides seating accommodation for 160 persons. All new silver of the best quality has been purchased.
In the culinary department everything is white enamelled and arranged with an eye to cleanliness, while a special oven for pastry and bake making is stated to be the only one of its i Taranaki. A conveniently fitted up pantry adjoins, and a welirurmshed ladies’ retiring room completes the model premises.
