WELLINGTON, Sept, 2. Mr Massey states that New Zealand will not participate in the continuance or the Wembley Exhibition next year. He says that New Zealand authorised an expenditure of £IOO,OOO on the exhibition, and will be lucky if she gets out of it at that figure.
