BEATH FROM EFFECTS. (by TELEGRAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION ) WELLINGTON, Aug. 29. Henry Gerard, who sustained a fractured skull and shoulder through being struck by a motor-car on the Hu'tt Road dmd at the hospital to-night. Frederick Morris reported to the police the day after the accident that while driving to Petone . his car had sti uck a cyclist, hut lie thought it was only a glancing blow and .that no. harm had been done.
