CRUTCHINGS SALE. Messrs Murray, Roberts and Co. report : At the crutchings sale at Wanganui on Wednesday the offerings consisted largely of lower-grade crutchings, mostly seedy and in heavy condition, and the decline is more pronounced in these than in the better grades. Light conditioned parcels show the least decline, occasionally reaching almost par with the recent sales. The range of prices current at the sale is given below: Crossbred, medium to fine to 18d, coarse 13ijd to 14j-d, seedy and inferior lOd to I3d; lambs, medium 14d to 16d. seedy and inferior lOd to 15d; crutchings, good to superior 12kl to lod, low to medium l(h}d to 12d, inferior and verv seedv 84d to lOd. ...
