BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT, ■ LONDON, Aug. 28. The Board of Trade statistics, for the year ended June 30 shows that the percentage of foreign imports compared with 1913 decreased from 75.09 to 73.25, and Empire imports increased from 24.91 to 26.25. Australia’s share fell from 4.95 to 4.11, and New Zealand’s increased from 2.64 to '4.10. British exports to foreign countries increased from 62.82 to 63.09, and exports to the Dominions decreased from 37.18 to 36.91. Australia increased from 6.56 to 7.78, and New Zealand from 2.06 to 2.71. All the 1924 figures are subject to the exclusion of the Irish Free State.
