The Go vein in out Meteorologist telegraphed that for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-rlay the indications are for westerly winds, strong to gale, and backing by west to south after 24 hours. Tlie weather- appears likely to bo cloudy and unsettled. Rain probable. Barometer falling; seas rough; tides moderate.
