THE LAUSANNE TREATY. IY OABL1 —PRISS ABSOCIAriON^-COPTRIOH* i PARIS, Aug; 26. The Chamber approved of the Lausanne Treaty by 410 votes to 171. HUSBANDS DISAPPEAR. BERLIN, Aug. 25. Frau Kruger, an extremely wealthy widow, has been arrested and charged with murdering her three husbands. The police state that Kruger made a practice of marrying old wealthy men. Three of these died mysteriously, bequeathing her their whole fortunes. The last husband, aged 73, was found dead with his throat cut. When arrested Kruger was negotiating with a matrimonial agency for a fourth husband.
