German tovmakers, intending to use their share of the Dawes loan to capture the world markets, have combined with a view to the establishment of ten sales bureaux in the chief cities of Britain and the Empire. The combine in seeking the co-operation of toymakers in ! Austria and Czecho-Slovakia m the hope of thus preventing Eurotoys and leather goods becoming obtainable except through the bureaux.
