Replying to Mr. J. A. Lee (Auckland East), Mr. Massey said he had no intention of recommending some citizen of New Zealand for the Gover-nor-Generalship. He said the list of eligible nominees in Britain was not nearly exhausted, and he expected within a few days that they would be notified that a most suitable appointment had been made.
