The Empire Parliamentary delegation has arrived at Durban and was welcomed by the Mayor and leading citizens. ‘ Senator Givens (Australia), replying to the Mayor, expressed the hope that the visit would cement closer the ties which should subsist among the sister Dominions. Sir John Luke replied for New Zealand. A series of social and other functions have been arranged in honour of the visitors.—Reuter.
