FOOTBALL.

TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOLS. Wednesday next will be an interesting day in school football, for at Hawera the Technical High School will play two matches with teams Stratford. The first match will commence at 1 p.m. and the second at 2.30 p.m. The local boys are shaping very well, and have been playing good football. Their first team has won the fourth grade championship in the south, and will play oif with the northern leaders, probably next Saturday. Next week they will travel to Feilding and play their annual fixture with the Technical High School team from that district. In order to help the expenses of the tour a (-barge will he made for the matches on Wednesday next.
