MARRIAGE LAW IN TURKEY'. BY CABLE—PBEBB ASSOCIATION—COPYBIGHT. (Received Aug. 12, 9.45 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Aug. 11. The Judicial Reform Committee declares that the principle of a single wife is essential to marriage, and recommends that the man who desires more should be compelled to prove necessity therefor and his capacity to be just to both wives.—Times.
