restricting publicity. AUSTRALIAN BILL. BY CABLI rREBS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT SYDNEY, Aug. 7. The Legislative Council debated the Marriage Amendment Bill. It passed a clause providing for the dissolution of marriage on the ground of insanity, and a clause aiming at the prevention of the publication of evidence or particulars heard in the divorce court, except the names, addresses, and occupation of the parties and witnesses. The penalty is three months’ imprisonment or a fine of £SOO, or both. The publication of the pictures of the parties in divorce cases is also prohibited.
