THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed that for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day the indications are for southerly winds, strong to gale. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Rain is probable. ~ The night will probably be very cold. Barometer rising soon. Seas considerable; tides good.
