—— ATTACK BY AFGHANS. INVADERS CAPTURED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT Received July 28, 11 5 a.in ' DELHI, July 27. Two Afghan irregular bands attacked a small Indian army force at Manning watchtower, near Eannu, on the north-west;, frontier, and went to Berserk on the 19th and murdered an Indian officer and drove out the rest of the garrison, seizing all weapons the tower. A large force, attempting the capture of invaders, brought up a fifteen pounder and demolished- the tower, capturing the murderers alive.—Sydney Sun Cables.
