THERMOLITE.

The Soviet has commissioned the experimental construction of a few wooden houses with thermolite packed between/the outer and inner board. Ther_ molite consists of sawdust, straw, leaves and plaster soaked in an antiseptic.' The inventor claims that, when hardened, thermolite is proof against damp, insects and fire.
