REVIEW AT SPITHEAD. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT LONDON, July 25. An imposing assembly of the fleet at Sipithead for the King’s review on Saturday was completed last night. One hundred and ninety-six warships, in lines ten miles in length, will steam past, headed by the Queen Elizabeth. King George goes to Portsmouth to-day, accompanied by the Prince of Wales, and sees the fleet illuminated to-night.
