MOTOR FATALITY.
A YOUTH KILLED. (BY TELEGRAPH —PTIVSC ,RSOCTATIOM ) CAMBRIDGE, July 24. .V shocking motor fatality occurred on the main Cambridge-Hamilton road, near Leslie’? gully, last evening. A motor van, driven by —. Mitchell, accompanied by a lad named Harold Butts and John Raymond Looker, was returning from a football match at Cambridge, and after passing' another car they were endeavouring to get on to the crown of the road, when they encountered loose sand. The car skidded and capsized. Looker jumped out, the car falling on him and killing him instantly, his head being crushed. The other occupants escaped unhurt, but suffered from shock. The body was brought to Hamilton. Deceased was aged 19, and was the youngest sou of Mr John Looker. He was a popular youth.
