KING! AND QUEEN ATTEND CONSECRATION. BY CABLE—PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT Received July 21, 10 a.m. LONDON, July 20. The King and Queen attended the consecration of the new cathedral at Liverpool, which when completed will have cost £2,000,000 and will be the third largest in the world. Seven archbishops, forty bishops and twentyfive deans participated in the supremely impressive service.
