Walters was charged with having converted to his own use a motor car in such a manner as to be not guilty of theft; also with stealing a car from the same owner and having failed to account for £35 ; also with obtaining £lO hy falsely representing he had a motor car for sale; and obtaining £lO by falsely representing he held a lease of a motor garage. Accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial.
