QUIETNESS RESTORED. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received July 18, 10.40 a.m DELHI, July 17. Quietness has been restored in the city by the police and the military. The city is completely in the hands of the military. There, were seven deaths and a hundred were wounded, many seriously, caused hy the HinduMahommedan conflict on Tuesday.— Sydney Sun Cable.
