TROUBLE AT ELECTRICAL WORKS BY CABLE—PSES3 ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT MELBOURNE, July 17. About 500 labourers employed at the State electricity' commission works (Morwell) ; have struck. They claimed that certain men were not being paid in accordance with the award fixed by the board. . AEROPLANE FATALITY. PERTH, July 17. A fatal aeroplane accident occurred at Port Headland, resulting in the death of the well-known pastoralist. Mr. V Keith Mackay. . The machine nose-dived into the water and Mackay was Browned.
