O'DONNELL’S ANNUAL SALE. Buyers from all over New Zealand attended at the A. and P. show grounds yesterday afternoon on the occasion of Messrs A. and J. O’Donnell’s seventh annual sale of Rosy Creek Jerseys. The highest price. 100 guineas, was paid for a promising little two-year-old* heifer, Jersey Creek Pet, the purchaser being Mr J. F. Watson, of Christchurch, brother of the demonstrator, Mr H. E. B. Watson.
Auctioneers were Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., and Messrs R. P. Morrissey and Co.’, the stock being auctioned by Mr R. P. Morrissey and Mr J. C. Broad.
