The New Zealand delegates "to attend a meeting of the Empire Parliamentary Association in South Africa have been chosen as follows: Legislative Council.—Hon. A. F. ‘Hawke (Invercargill). Reform Party.—Not chosen. Liberal Party.——Mr. James Horn (Wakatipu). Labour Partv. —Air. E. J. Howard (Christchurch South). The delegation will leave for Australia, on Friday next by the Maheno, and at Sydney will connect with the Enripedes. The delegation will he away for about two months.
