SAN FRANCISCO, July 11. The British Squadron, headed by the Hood, steamed from San Francisco today after a four days’ visit, which was marked by a dazzling round of entertainments. The squadron will divide at the Panama Canal, the Repulse and Adelaide continuing through the canal to Jamaica, while the Dragon, Dauntless, Danae and Delhi go around Cape Horn. The Loan Council has approved the Federal proposal for a central agency for raising all future Australian loans by the Commonwealth ancl the States.
