IMPORTANT SALE. ROSY CREEK JERSEYS. A sale of outstanding, interest to Jersey fanciers is to be held at the Egmont A. and P. Show Grounds on Tuesday next, when the seventh annual sale of pedigree Jersey heifers and stud bulls, the property of Messrs A. and J. O’Donnell, are to come under the hammer. This year’s draft, consisting of twenty-two heifers and nine stud bulls, compare more than favourably with those sold previously, and this year’s sale should be of even greater interest than previous fixtures in view of the many outstanding successes of the females from Rosy Creek under Government semi-official test. The herd has been built up from outstanding foundation cows, which have been mated with sires from proven strains. Each year’s list of heavy producing certificate of record heifers contains several that have been bred at this noted stud, and adds evidence which is conclusive that the blood lines used are the surest, most prominent and profitable to build upon. Few herds, if any, can show such a record as Rosy Creek has established, both as producers and show ring types. Buyers attending the sale can do so with every confidence, knowing that the herd has been Veil tried out under Government official test, and with the knowledge that the same .strains are also successful in other parts of the Dominion. Messrs AVright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., and R. P. Morrissey and Co., in conjunction, are conducting the sale, particulars of which may be found in our advertising columns to-day. A true and tried remedy for coughs, colds, influenza, and sore throats is “Nazol”; 60 doses for 1/6. —Advt. Both given the knock-out by “No Rubbing’’ Laundry Help—hard work and disease bacteria concealed in soiled clothing. It’s hygienic.—Advt.
