The Full Court reserved its decision in the case Barker versus Barker, a. petition for the dissolution of marriage on the ground of desertion for three years and upwards, which was moved into the higher Court from Palmerston Nortjj by Mr Justice Salmoml. The respondent, the wife in this case, lived in the same house as her husband from July, 1920, till February, 1924, but during that time refused intercourse with him. The question for the court was whether this refusal amounted to desertion.
