In the Commons, in reply to •questions, Mr Wheatley said the Ministry of Health’s enquiries did not enable him. to pronounce an opinion on the efficiency of the Spahlinger treatment, but the enquiry was a sufficient indieacation of the advisableness of scientific investigation when an adequate supply of the serum is forthcoming. He personally pressed Dr. Spahlinger for the formula for the preparation of the serum, but the latter was‘either unable or unwilling to "'supply it. —Reuter.
