ENGLISH TEST TEAM. LONDON, July 6. The English test team for the match at Leeds on July 12 will be selected from Gilligan, Wood, Chapman, Hobbs, Sutcliffe, Woolley. Hearne,' Hendren, Tate, Macaulay, Ernest Tyldesley and Richard Tyldesley. Changes from the last test are Macaulay and E. Tyldesley for Fender and Kilner. Macaulay’s introduction is due to the feeling of the selection 'committee that all the change bowling must not be slow. LEADING ENGLISH AVER AGES. LONDON, July 7. The leading English-averages are: Ratting.—Hobbs, 86.50; Hendren, 63.53; E. Tyldesley, 53; Sandliam, 51.92; Sutcliffe, 50.50; Hearne, 39.94. LONDON, July 7. The Daily Chronicle says it is reported that Hobbs. Heatrne, Hendren, Sutcliffe and Tate have been invited to make the Australian tour.
