THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed that for the 2-i liouis from 9 a.in. to-day the indications are for southerly wands, moderate to strong. The weather will probably be cool and rhanceable and the night will probably be very cold, with frosts inland. The barometer has a rising tendency Seas rough swell; tides good.
