TARANAKI OIL.
COMPANY FORMED. CAPITAL £500,000. (.BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NEYV PLYMOUTH. July 3. Advice has been received from Melbourne that a company with a capital of £500,000 has been underwritten for the purpose of developing the oilfields of Taranaki under the advice of Dr. Clapp, the eminent American geologist-, who spent a month here early in the year and is now in Australia.
