CONTROL IN AUSTRALIA. *T OABLB—PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT MELBOURNE, July 2. After the consideration of proposals by a deputation representing the dairy farmers of the Commonwealth for the control and stabilisation of dairv produce, the Premier (Mr S. M. Bruce) suggested the creation of an independent tribunal to fix the price of butter for the Commonwealth, and that the price for local consumption be fixed on the basis of. the import parity. He also suggested systematic export, the prqduce preferably to be centred on one London floor under Australian domination. Representatives of the industry have been invited to visit Melbourne to discuss the proposals' with Mr Bruce.
